I had my first day paragliding yesterday in a year and a bit.
It was a nill wind beginner training day to assess my skills - nill wind, for the unitiated, means no lift… so the day consisted of:
1. walk up a very large hill with a paraglider and harness
3. feel exhausted
3. lay it out
4. fly 20 seconds to the bottom
5. goto 1

2 weeks without hot water, we finally had the landlord organise a plumber for this morning! Yay!
Just had the phone call from the plumber, an hour later than he was supposed to turn up… apparently he had a triple by-pass a while ago and he’s had a turn during the weekend and is on his way to hospital now.

The 3G iPhone has been jailbroken, so you should now be able to run non-signed code on the phone. No SIM unlock yet, but you just know these boffins are working hard on it and it must be just around…
